Kris Humphries Breaks Down, Claims He Was Kim Kardashian’s 'Latest Headline'

Kris Humphries seems to be finally expressing his anger over his brief marriage with Kim Kardashian and is deciding to file for annulment instead of divorce, declaring the entire marriage a fraud.

The NBA star previously said that he did not want to get divorced, and was ready to fight for his marriage with Kardashian. Slim hopes remained that the reality show star might reconsider, but after those were dashed and her ex-publicist came out with claims that the marriage was staged, Humphries has decided to cut all ties with Kardashian and forget that their marriage ever took place.

Humphries said he was “just slotted in the plot line of Kim Kardashian's latest headline and newest business venture," according to TMZ, based on revelations shared by a source close to the basketball player. He now believes that Kardashian faked it all to get ratings for her television show. Humphries has also said that he feels like a “pawn,” and that when the high-profile wedding ceremony was over, the reality TV show star had no need for him.

He is also denying that he was in on the fraud or got anything positive out of it. For proof, he cited the fact that he flew in his childhood pastor to wed them. Humphries insisted that the marriage was very special to him and he believed it to be fully genuine, but Kardashian’s lies have now all been unraveled and exposed.

The specific reasons behind Kardashian’s decision to end the marriage were never revealed, and if Humphries’s claims are true, there might not be anything more to it other than the reality show star needing to move on.

An annulment is different from a divorce because it seeks to strike the marriage from the record, and the NBA star now seems to want to erase Kardashian from his memories all-together.
