Kris Humphries No-Show? Kim Kardashian Divorce Settlement Court Hearing Likely Missed by NBA Star (VIDEO)

Kris Humphries was a no-show for a court appearance scheduled for early Friday morning concerning his divorce settlement with estranged wife Kim Kardashian, according to reports.

According to celebrity news website TMZ, Humphries was set to miss the hearing at 8.30 a.m. on Friday in Los Angeles.

The website claims that Humphries was seen at about 1 a.m. ET on Friday morning in New York City, and with no flights available to get him to the hearing on time between then and when he was due to appear in court it seems he would be a no-show.

Humphries could be in trouble with the court for his absence, according to TMZ. He has reportedly been dragging out their divorce proceedings for a long time now and delaying things, where as Kardashian wants to get the divorce finalized as soon as possible and move on with her new life.

Humphries is said to want $7 million from the reality TV star, and also wants the marriage to be annulled rather than it to be an official divorce. He claims that the marriage was a fraud and that Kardashian only married him for publicity and the financial opportunities it would bring. Kardashian meanwhile has resolutely denied those claims repeatedly and insists the marriage was out of love, but things just fell apart.

Kardashian has since moved on with her life quickly and has started dating rapper Kanye West and has controversially gotten pregnant by him despite still technically being married to Humphries.

However, despite her desperation to get her divorce she has been unwilling to give in to Humphries demands.

Humphries has delayed things by insisting that he has responsibilities to his NBA career with the Brooklyn Nets and that he would prefer things to be delayed until the end of the season. However, a judge has insisted that things must now move forward after repeated delays.

Humphries' new absence from the court hearing will not go down well and appears to show he has no intention of getting things finalized any time soon.
