'Law & Order: SVU' Season 16 Spoilers, Plot News: Episode 17 Recap 'Parole Violations'

"Law & Order: SVU" is back with an all new episode this week. On Wednesday's episode titled "Parole Violations", Carisi's sister Bella prepares for her wedding to fiancé Tommy and the upcoming birth of their child. But when Tommy falls back into his bad habits and accuses his parole officer of rape, Carisi must investigate whether the claim is real or just another one of Tommy's excuses.

Carisi is at Bella's house, and he learns that she is pregnant and engaged. Bella's boyfriend, Tommy, meets with his probation officer and says that he's doing well, that he got a promotion and his girlfriend is pregnant. The parole officer hands him a cup and asks for a urine sample. She tells him to do so right in front of her, and she pulls the blinds down on her office window.

The next day, Bella heads to the police station and tells Carisi that Tommy never came home the night before. Carisi learns that Tommy was arrested the night before after a bar fight, and he heads to jail to pick him up. Tommy tells him that his probation officer is a woman, and that she raped him and pulled a gun on him.

Nick runs a check on Donna, the parole officer, and finds that she doesn't have a bad record. Olivia has Donna's boss Kessler come in, and she tells him that a man is accusing Donna of raping him.

Carisi and Tommy are trying to tell Bella that Tommy was raped when Donna arrives and says she's doing a home inspection. She finds a bag of drugs and Tommy says that it's not his. Donna arrests him and pushes him out the door.

Nick gets a call from the lab and they find traces of Donna's DNA on Tommy's clothes. Olivia and Rollins bring Donna in and she insists that Tommy came on to her. Meanwhile, the team finds fingerprints on the bag of drugs, and they learn that the prints belong to a man named Jordan Dolphy.

Nick and Rollins head to Jordan's house and he tells them that Donna forces him to have sex in exchange for a clean drug test.

The next day, Carisi heads to court and testifies on Tommy's behalf. Tommy takes the stand and describes in detail what happened to him. Donna's lawyer says that he's twice the size of Donna and he could have overpowered her if he wanted to.

When it was Jordan's turn to take the stand, he testifies for Donna and says that the police threatened him to say that Donna raped him. Barba asks him how he passes the drug tests if he doesn't do any drugs, and the judge asks Jordan to roll up his sleeves. His arms are covered in marks and it's clear that he's doing heroin.

Jordan shouts at Donna and Kessler, saying that they told him they would make the drug test go away if he changed his story.

Donna pleads guilty to sexual misconduct, gets five years probation, and is going on the sex offender registry.

"Law & Order: SVU" airs on Wednesdays at 9 p.m. on NBC.
