Lebron James Complains About Missing Super Bowl

Lebron James is reportedly upset that he will be fulfilling work obligations as a Miami Heat forward instead of watching the Super Bowl.

James, 28-year-old Miami Heat forward, is playing a game in Toronto against the Raptors on Sunday and then will have to return to Miami, where he will face the Charlotte Bobcats on Monday. The team's plane does not have Wi-Fi or satellite TV, according to South Florida Sun Sentinel reports, which means that James will be missing the game and in flight while the Super Bowl is broadcast.

The Sun Sentinel reported that James was vocal about his feelings concerning the matter.

"How disgusting is that," James reportedly told the publication.

The forward is a known fan of the Dallas Cowboys and said he would have considered missing the flight if they managed to make it to the Super Bowl.

"If the Cowboys were in the Super Bowl, I'd stay there for the game," James said in a Sun Sentinel report.

When questioned about what would happen if the Cowboys were playing and it stood in the way of him possibly playing against Charlotte on Monday James responded, "Are you crazy? I would never leave."

Sports fans took to Twitter to comment on James' reaction to missing the Super Bowl.

"All the money he makes, why doesn't he get it installed," one person questioned.

Another person did not support James' decision to watch the big game saying, "least fave thing about LeBron is how much he likes NFL."

Still, another fan tweeted the basketball player a personal invitation to his Super Bowl party by writing, "hey you wanna come to my friends Super Bowl party?"

Another fan was more interested in who James would pick to win the big game tweeting, "@KingJames @49ers or @ravens?"
