Lindsay Lohan Flees After Hitting a Club Manager With Car?

Lindsay Lohan, an actress who has been attempting to overcome trouble with the law, reportedly struck a person with her car in the early Wednesday morning hours, then fled the scene.

Lohan, 25, hit a hookah lounge manager with her Porsche after leaving the Sayers Club in Hollywood around midnight on Wednesday, according to TMZ. The actress was reportedly blocked by paparazzi as she was trying to leave the parking lot at the venue, and drove off after striking the victim.

Police officers told TMZ that the 26-year-old manager was not injured, and that the case would be closed unless the victim complained of further injury. A witness spoke to the publication about seeing Lohan bump the lounge manager, before fleeing the scene.

"She just bumped him, maybe she ran him over a little," a witness told TMZ before describing that she fled the scene like a crazy person."Yes, like a madwoman. She was pissed. (There was) paparazzi of 30 guys."

However, the witness said that the victim did not appear to be in pain as he smoked from a hookah after the incident.

"The guy got up and started smoking his hookah," said the witness, who also said the man was laughing about getting struck by the celebrity.

Lohan has been attempting to overcome trouble with the law after she was caught shoplifting in 2011. Lohan was ordered to attend psychological counseling and a program for shoplifters along with her 360 community service hours.

However, it seemed that things began to turn around for the actress when she was recently casted to play Elizabeth Taylor in the Lifetime Networks made-for-television movie, "Liz and Dick."

Lohan took to her Twitter recently to let her fans know that she was staying strong depite all of the negative headlines written about her.

"I'm a tough cookie," she tweeted. "A focused tough cookie!"
