Lindsay Lohan Going Back To Jail?
Lindsay Lohan may be going back to jail. The 25-year-old actress was taken away in handcuffs Wednesday after upsetting a judge at her progress hearing.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner thought Lohan was not taking her probation seriously, after the actress changed the location of her probation without permission. Lohan initially was assigned to complete her probation at the Los Angeles women’s detention center and chose to be reassigned to a Red Cross program.
Sautner told Lohan that her actions would result in the cancellation of her probation.

"Nobody has the power to change my sentence," Sautner said Wednesday, according to Reuters. "I am revoking her probation."
Sautner reprimanded Lohan, saying that she had “blown off” her probation sentencing. According to Reuters the judge called the actress’ lenient sentencing a “gift.”
After caught shoplifting a gold necklace from a jewelry store, Lohan was ordered to attend psychological counseling and a program for shoplifters along with her 360 community service hours.
However, the judge appears ready to come down harder on Lohan, who has been photographed at various events overseas.
"There's something called looking a gift horse in the mouth," Sautner said, Reuters wrote.
Although the judge said Lohan is not taking her sentence seriously, Lohan’s probation report says differently. In a copy of the report obtained by TMZ, the actress’ psychotherapist said she is showing improvement.
"The defendant is doing really well, she is making changes, and is trying to become more disciplined in her actions," the report stated. “The therapist believes that the defendant has been developing tools to help discipline herself and she is really proud of her accomplishments."
Although the report said that Lohan attended her therapy session every Tuesday, Sautner has asked the probation department to present proof in a Nov. 2 hearing that may result in jail time.
