Locklear 911 Call, Family Suspect Another Suicide Attempt?

The 911 call between Heather Locklear’s sister and an emergency dispatcher was released Tuesday, after Locklear was taken by ambulance to the hospital last week.

Early reports confirmed that emergency services were dispatched to Locklear’s house last Thursday. "Emergency response personnel responded to a medical emergency call at Ms. Locklear's residence," Ventura County Sheriff's Capt. Mike Aranda told People magazine.

Upon arrival, emergency technicians immediately decided that Locklear should be transported to the hospital. The new dispatch call that was been released, has revealed additional cause behind the call.

According to TMZ, within the call Locklear’s sister reported that Locklear was having “intense stomach pains and was in severe distress.” It was reported that Locklear was hospitalized after taking a dangerous combination of prescription drugs and alcohol.

The actress, who became famous through the television series "Melrose Place," has also been seen in shows like "Two and a Half Men" and "Scrubs." Last year she was in the television movie “The Assistants.”

In 2008, the 50-year-old actress was treated for depression and anxiety after a doctor made a similar emergency phone called but stated that Locklear was suicidal. ABC reported that Locklear’s family would like to see the star return to UCLA Medical Center for treatment.
