"Madonna's show is about to murder everything moving," Minaj tweeted. "Wow. Such a surreal moment."

Once the 12-minute performance aired, various celebrities took to Twitter to support the 53-year-old.

Kris Jenner, the matriarch of the Kardashian empire, called the performance nothing short of perfection.

"Madonna was amazing," Jenner tweeted. "Perfection"

Comedian and host, Drew Carey, called the performance the best he has seen at the Super Bowl.

"Best half-time show ever," Carey tweeted. "Wow. #Madonna #SuperBowl"

Although numerous entertainers expressed their excitement about the Madonna performance, some were more critical of the aging pop star. CNN host, Piers Morgan, was vocal about disliking the performance on Twitter.

"Somebody. Stop. Her. My toes are actually curling," he tweeted. "If someone did this on America's Got Talent, they'd be laughed (and buzzed) off stage. Truly diabolical."

Still, many more celebrities weighed in on the topic with a large amount of support for Madonna. According to singer Cheryl Crow, Madonna's efforts were mind blowing.

"Wow," Crow tweeted. "Madonna's production on the Superbowl !!! Mind blowing!"
