'Men in Black 3' Official Trailer Hits Web
The trailer for the third installment of “Men in Black” has been released online by Sony on Monday.
The first peek at the highly anticipated film reveals Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones reprising their roles as Agents J and K, and also sees Josh Brolin star in the sci-fi action comedy.
The Memorial Day release will see black-suited government agents embarking on another journey in order to protect the public from danger and knowledge of extra-terrestrial beings on Earth. After Agent K (Jones) tells Agent J (Smith) “there are things out there you don’t need to know,” Agent J goes looking for clues.

In the trailer, Agent J is seen atop New York City’s Chrysler Building when he leaps off and wakes before a young Agent K- portrayed by Brolin. The time-space continuum plot also sees actress Emma Thompson as a new MIB Headquarters supervisor.
“MIB 3” hits theaters May 25, 2012 and will be available for viewing in 3-D as well as in IMAX theaters.

The trailer to “MIB 3” is the first look at the latest film in the series which originated nearly 15 years ago.
The film franchise started with the first movie release in 1997 based on Lowell Cunningham’s comic book series “Men in Black.” The original film grossed over $587 million worldwide while it had a $90 million budget. The sequel followed in 2002, “Men in Black II,” as well as an animated series, “Men in Black: The Series.”
“Men in Black” won an Academy Award for Best Makeup in 1997 and was also nominated for Best Original Score and Best Art Direction. The film also saw a nomination for the Golden Globe award for Best Motion Picture in the musical/comedy category.
The film received top critic reviews on Rotten Tomatoes with over 90 percent of viewers rating it “fresh.” The third installment film is widely predicted to sweep box office earnings upon its release.
