The one shoulder strapped dress, is the work of Paris based designer Elie Saab. The dress was paired with Jacob and Co jewelry and a purse by Edie Parker. Jovovich made an impressive impression on the crowd, especially considering that it was her first red carpet appearance. The actress told reporters that she opted for the dress because it was simple and clean.

Jojovich appears to be a fan of designer Elie Saab, as she also wore a gown designed by Saab to the recent Oscar Sci-Tech awards.

"Wowza - Mila Jovovich is in the game - she looks Gorge!!! Got her body back," People's Revolution PR founder Kelly Cutrone said. "Mila Jovovich in Elie Saab!! I am Saabing w/ gratitude for this look," she later added.

Although Jovovich wasn't confident about her red carpet appearance, she has been far more confident speaking out about her role as a female action actress. "From now on, I approach the cinema as a business woman. I intend to be in more action movies because, apart from Angelina Jolie, no other actress stands out in this genre," she said once.
