Miss Colombia Ariadna Gutierrez may have experienced one of the most interesting moments in the Miss Universe coronation event in Las Vegas last year. But her life is about to get even more exciting, if these rumors were to be true, as it has been heard on the street that she may soon be guesting in the hit ABC family drama TV series "Modern Family."
For those who missed it, the 22-year-old Colombian beauty queen was declared the grand winner of the pageant, but host Steve Harvey stepped up to apologize that there has been a mistake. It turns out that she was actually the 1st Runner-up and Miss Philippines Pia Wurtzbach should be wearing the crown.
Australia Network reported that series star Sophia Vergara took notice of the uncanny resemblance between herself and Miss Gutierrez.

"I think she will be a great Gloria. I am already teaching her how to fake her accent," the 43-year-old Colombian star said.
There have also been reports indicating that Gutierrez has signed in with Vergara's manager Luis Balaguer and if these details should be taken into account, it won't be long before the fans can see her gracing the small screens.
Meanwhile, "Modern Family" Season 7 will return this week with yet another exciting episode called "Spread Your Wings." According to the synopsis shared over at The Futon Critic, the segment will see the Dunphys dealing with Phil's (Ty Burrell) beloved ducklings.
The full summary reads: "Sick of having the ducklings around the house, Claire and the kids seize an opportunity to help expedite the ducks leaving the nest while Phil is off visiting Alex at college. Meanwhile, Jay helps Mitch with Lily's sleepover with her friends from her Vietnamese dance troupe; and Gloria and Cam are off on a hot pepper heist carefully orchestrated by Manny in order to meet a big hot sauce delivery deadline."
