'Modern Family' Season 7 Episode 13 Spoilers: Phil And Jay Feel Trumped By Their Wives
ABC's hit comedy drama TV series "Modern Family" Season 7 returns this week with an episode that will find the men of the households feeling quite a bit uncomfortable with how their respective wives have been doing lately.
As of the moment, Claire is in control of the family's closet business, making her the "wheeling and dealing breadwinner" of the family. Running the house, taking care of the children, maybe even doing the dishes - these now fall on Phil. The setup seemed fine for a while but according to the synopsis shared over at The Futon Critic for the episode titled "Thunk in the Trunk," Phil will soon realize that it's time to make some changes.
Phil, as revealed by the media outlet, won't let himself be "ignored and underappreciated for long." What crazy antics does Claire's husband have in his mind right now? Will he do something that could compromise everything?
In the same manner, TFC said that Gloria's hot sauce is finally reaching a wider market and to further boost sales, Mrs. Pritchett opted to have a larger-than-life cut-out image of herself be openly displayed in a grocery store.
Despite the good intentions of his wife, the idea won't sit well with Jay. In a bid to take down the racy display which is now soliciting "all kinds of unsavory attention from men," he will ask Manny to help him in a heist to steal the cut-out.
The promo video for the episode shows Gloria getting upset when she finds out that somebody has stolen her cut-out.
"Wait till I got this rat. I'm gonna make him hurt," Gloria muttered threats while Jay tries to appear innocent.
Meanwhile, Cam and Mitch's idea of getting the best reviews for their rental property put them at odds with the renters when they become too hospitable.
Find out how these events unfold when "Modern Family" Season 7 Episode 13 premieres Wednesday, Feb. 17 at 9 p.m. on ABC.
