Nailla Robinson School Abduction: 5-Year-Old Found Abandoned in Park (VIDEO)
A 5-year-old girl recently kidnapped from her West Philadelphia Elementary school was found alive and is now safe almost 24 hours after her disappearance.
Nailla Robinson, who was abducted Monday, was found half naked in a park after fleeing her kidnappers early Tuesday. An unidentified man, who happened to be walking through the park early that morning, her heard the young girl's screams, according to Philly.com.
"As he starts to walk to where the screams are, a little girls runs out," Upper Darby Police Superintendent Michael Chitwood told Philly.com. "She said, 'I ran away, I ran away from the people who took me!'"

Robinson was hiding under a jungle gym playset when she was found by the stranger and she was reportedly shivering cold from the 37 degree rainy weather. Police were called and she was immediately transported to a nearby hospital for observation.
"Right now the child is safe," Chitwood assured reporters.
Police are currently investigating the incident, although security cameras at the school appear to show the child being led out of by a woman dressed in a traditional head scarf. She reportedly identified herself as "Tiffany" to school staff.
Robinson was in class at approximately 8:50 a.m. Monday when "Tiffany" somehow managed to enter the child's classroom before assuring her teacher that she had already checked the child out and eventually led the unsuspecting girl her out.
"If she ran away, she ran away right in that area," Chitwood said. "A child is not going to be able to go that far."
District officials were baffled by the school's suspected security breach following reports that the kidnapper was able to remove the victim from school without presenting any identification. District spokesman Fernando Gallard described the incident as a "serious break in procedure."
Police put up a $10,000 offer after Robinson's mother made a tearful plea to the public through media urging the safe return of her daughter. The investigation is ongoing.
