The Raptors returned the favor in Game two, as they were able to emerge victorious with a final score of 98-87. Big man Jonas Valanciunas was the top scorer with 23 points, along with 15 rebounds.

Toronto went on to carry their winning ways through Game three last April 21st, as they beat the Pacers at home, with a final score of 101-85. Guards DeMar DeRozan and Kyle Lowry both ended the night with 21 points, apiece.

The Pacers were able to event the series and make the contest more interesting by winning Game four last April 23rd with a final score of 100-83. The victory was achieved through the combined effort of big man Ian Mahinmi and point guard George Hill, who both ended the game with 22 points each.

The Raptors, however, put the momentum back on their side of things by winning game five last April 26th, with a final score of 102-99. DeRozan once again was the main contributor, scoring 33 points, along with three rebounds, shooting 10 out of 22 from the field, through 39 minutes of playing time.

For the 26-year old player, it was his patience that gave him the ability to put on such an impressive performance.

"It's all about patience. You can't get flustered, you can't get frustrated," DeRozan said in an NBA.com report. "You've got to stay the course. That's what we're going to continue to do."
