'NCIS: LA' Season 7 Spoilers: The Team Investigates The Influx Of Spies Into The Country In Episode 11
CBS' hit police-procedural drama TV series "NCIS: LA" Season 7 returns this week for its midseason finale with an intense and suspenseful brand new episode.
Citing the synopsis shared over at The Futon Critic for the episode called "Cancel Christmas," it looks like the NCIS team will be looking at some problems involving the influx of spies into the country. The issue came to light when a suspected North Korean spy was not only poisoned but also got hit by a truck loaded with Christmas trees. This prompts the squad to start looking for who is smuggling the spies into the United States.
A sneak peek for the episode shared over at Design & Trend features Deeks and Kensi working together on a case that is probably connected to the one aforementioned. It appears that the two are now fine after the chaos that erupted in the previous episode. For those who missed it, Deeks got arrested for the death of his former partner. As it turns out, the LAPD officer did pull the trigger in hopes to save an informant's life. Fans have been asking if he will finally tell his girlfriend about the truth. They've also been speculating as to how Kensi will react to the news.
Meanwhile, in the video teaser, Deeks and Kensi can be seen forcing their way into a residence. The place turns out to be empty except for some Christmas decorations and toy robots. The two then noticed that the gas from the kitchen is leaking. This prompted them to exit the house and call for authorities to look into the situation. It appears that whoever was there didn't want anyone to find something.
In another development, Hetty observes that someone in the team isn't feeling the Christmas holiday cheer. Fans will have to find out in this episode what is going on with Special Agent Owen Granger, the NCIS assistant director.
"NCIS: Los Angeles" Season 7 winter finale airs Monday, Dec. 14, at 10 p.m. on CBS.
