'NCIS' Season 11 Casting News and Spoilers: Is Cote de Pablo Returning?
"NCIS" season 11 returns to CBS with another installment on Tuesday, but fans are still grappling with the loss of Cote de Pablo from the series.
The actress left the television series after portraying Ziva David for eight seasons, and reports on Tuesday indicate that her departure still resonates with fans. According to the Latin Times, CBS is offering Pablo a substantial pay raise in order to rejoin "NCIS" at the beginning of season 12.
In addition to reports about CBS' desire to have Pablo back on "NCIS," fans of the crime drama have banded together on TheRanking.com where it was indicated that over 60,000 fans want Ziva David to return.

Nevertheless, Pablo stated that she was leaving "NCIS" for "personal reasons."
"As far as my decision to leave, that's a personal thing, and I'd rather leave it at that," the 33-year-old star explained at the time, according to TV Guide.
In light of Pablo's departure, "NCIS" added a new female lead role of Ellie Bishop, portrayed by Emily Wickersham.
"Emily Wickersham's Ellie Bishop is proving to perfectly compliment the NCIS team," said Gary Glasberg, executive producer of the show, in a statement to CNN last year. "Her energy and enthusiasm is contagious. Great things are planned for Bishop and we couldn't be more thrilled to have her on board."
The actress has also appeared on HBO's "The Sopranos" and in the film "I Am Number Four."
"NCIS" airs on CBS Tuesdays at 8 p.m. EST. The synopsis of this week's episode, "Rock and a Hard Place," reads: "A bomb explodes in the dressing room at a military charity concert. The NCIS team investigate to determine whether the target was a washed-up 1980's rocker or if the bomb was part of a larger scheme. Meanwhile, Jimmy prepares for fatherhood."
Tuesday's episode "Rock and A Hard Place" is to be followed by one of the "most important episode since at least the introduction of the Bishop character," according to CarterMatt.com. The television series is preparing to launch the New Orleans spin-off series, and a cross-over is set to take place in the coming weeks.
