NeNe Leakes, of 'Real Housewives of Atlanta,' Expresses Concern About Marlo Hampton

NeNe Leakes is beginning to question the behavior of one of her bridesmaids, Marlo Hampton.

While Leakes and Hampton became friends while filming "The Real Housewives of Atlanta," the latter only appeared in the series during its fourth season and did not return for the fifth. However, Leakes brought her friend along as a bridesmaid for her recent wedding, which was also filmed for her spinoff series, "I Dream of NeNe."

Viewers of the show have witness Hampton engage in verbal disputes with another one of Leakes' nine bridesmaids and friend, Diana Gowin, who questioned the former's intentions. Now it seems Leakes has begun to do the same.

"When Marlo and I worked on 'Real Housewives [of Atlanta],' she was just appearing here and there," Leakes told Entertainment Weekly recently. "When we worked on 'I Dream of NeNe,' I could see her business sense, and it just wasn't attractive." NeNe told Entertainment Weekly. ".."After working with Marlo on the show, I could see why she was not a housewife because she's super difficult. She's super extra."

Still, Hampton has defended the fact that she is in Leakes' wedding, despite their shorter history with one another before the wedding.

"All of the people NeNe chose to be in her wedding have meant something special to her at some point in her life. It doesn't matter if she's known them her whole life, or just a few years, she made her choices, so we should all respect that – and most of us do…," she wrote on her personal blog.

Leakes, the 45-year-old Hollywood actress, was married on June 22 to her ex-husband Gregg Leakes. However, the reality television star revealed that some of her bridesmaids brought drama to the festivities.

"I learned a lot abt my bridesmaids while planning my wedding & it wasn't all good," Leakes exclaimed on Twitter last summer.
