'Once Upon A Time' Season 5 Episode 17 Spoilers: Desperation Forces Belle To Make A Rush Decision

Things are about to get even more complicated, at least for one character, when the fifth season of ABC's hit fairy tale drama TV series "Once Upon A Time" continues this week with a brand new episode titled "Her Handsome Hero."

As it is revealed over at The Futon Critic, Bella will decide to call on for Rumple's help in protecting her child from Hades. However, the two will banter on the issue on how to do it. Would it be with dark magic or by sheer will? Belle already made it clear that she doesn't want Rumple to use his powers if possible.

Hades, meanwhile, will draw out another ace from his sleeve in the upcoming episode by introducing a brand new player in the person of Gaston. Fans of the series may remember the character hailing from the classic tale "Beauty and the Beast." The show, however, will put an interesting twist on the newcomer – a twist that brings forth more complication rather than resolution.

The trailer for the episode reveals exactly how could this turn out for them. It is hinted that Gaston has some score to settle with the Dark One and this might include the loss of a love one.

"How would you like to finally get your shot at revenge?" Hades asks Gaston in the clip.

One might wonder how these games of betrayal will play out between Hades and Gold who, as remembered, has previously made a pact to aid each other's cause.

In another development, the video also showed Emma and the rest of the Storybrookers working out on a plan that would enable them to defeat the big bad and finally return back home. The problem now is that, Emma is beginning to have some "terrifying nightmares." What is even worse is that those visions are coming true.

Find out how these events unfold when "Once Upon A Time" Season 5 Episode 17 premieres this Sunday, Apr. 10 at 8 p.m. on ABC.
