Rick Perry on 'Letterman': Top 10 Rick Perry Excuses (VIDEO)
Rick Perry, one of the top Republican presidential contenders, was on “Late Show David Letterman” last night to do the daily Top 10 list, and to poke so fun at himself.
Perry's segment was called "Top 10 Rick Perry Excuses" mocking his gaffe on forgetting the three federal agencies he would eliminate if president while at the CNBC Republican presidential debate.
At the debate, Perry was only able to come up with two of the agencies he promised to eliminate. He acknowledged his embarrassing performance and did damage control by being a good sport on a national level.

“Hey, listen. You try concentrating with Mitt Romney smiling at you. That is one handsome dude,” said Perry during his airtime with Letterman.
