It appears that a Samsung Galaxy S4 mini model is also on the way as a picture of the device leaked onto Twitter last week. The picture also made its way to Samsung's website.

SamMobile reports that the Galaxy S4 Mini will feature a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED qHD 960 x 540 display with a pixel density of 256 ppi. It will also come with a 1.6GHz dual-core processor and will run Android 4.2.2, JellyBean. The Galaxy S4 Mini will be released sometime in June or July.

The Galaxy S4 was finally unveiled by Samsung at last week's Mobile "Unpacked" event in New York City.

Many of the rumored specifications were dead on, including the 5-inch display with 441 ppi. However, rumors of Samsung switching to LCD were incorrect, as the device still packs a Super AMOLED.

The Galaxy S4 will come in two colors at launch: Black Mist and White Frost. It also has LTE and HSPA+ connectivity.

Other rumored specs such as the 13-megapixel rear camera, 2-megapixel front camera, and Android 4.2.2 JellyBean are also featured on the Galaxy S4.

Various tech outlets were correct in predicting that Samsung would launch the Galaxy S4 with two different processors. The device will with feature the new 1.6GHz Exynos Octa-core chip or 1.9GHz quad-core Qualcomm, depending on the market.
