'Scandal' Season 3 Spoilers: Scott Foley on the Shots Fired
"Scandal" fans are on the edge of their seats ahead of tonight's follow-up episode to last week's cliff-hanger that ended with three gunshots.
"Kiss Kiss Bang Bang" airs on March 20 and will pick up right where last week's installment ended, and viewers have dozens of theories about what could unfold this week, includong on whether Jake shot either David or James or not. For spoilers, read on.
"Scandal" star James Foley, who portrays Jake on ABC's hit series, opened up about this week's episode while speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, seeming to point to a third victim.

"There's definitely a gun shot, isn't there," the actor said. "It's safe to say someone gets shot."
However, Foley failed to confirm whether or not his character actually killed someone during last week's shocking episode.
"I don't know about killed, but I think it's safe to say someone gets shot," he added, according to THR. "I will not say that someone gets killed."
Nevertheless, Jake is having trouble coping with his recent decisions and the pressure to do his job better than Rowan did. Foley went on to talk about his character's darkening storyline.
"He believes Rowan (Joe Morton) did it in such a menacing, violent and controlling way and Jake thinks there's a better way to run this organization," the actor told THR. "He's trying to do that but the weight of the reality of the situation is taking a toll on him, and he empathizes now with the way that Rowan did it even though he thinks it's the wrong way. There's so much more that goes into being Command and all of the information, the knowledge that he has now and what he's responsible for. It's hard not to make it dark. It's an adjustment. It's a huge challenge and it's taking a huge toll on him personally."
Meanwhile, the synopsis for "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang" on TV Guide reads: "Sally causes problems when she meets with the NRA. Meanwhile, someone unexpected seeks help from Olivia's firm; and Olivia and Huck have surprising realizations."
"Scandal" airs Thursdays on ABC at 10 p.m. EST.
