'Scream Queens' Season 1 Spoilers: Show's Star Isn't Joining 'AHS: Hotel;' Two-Hour Finale To Unmask The Red Devil?
Fox's hit horror black comedy TV series "Scream Queens" is now getting ready to air the finale of its freshman season which will be a two-hour event. Meanwhile, a series actress clarifies casting rumors.
Over the course of the season, fans were still clueless as to who the Red Devil really is. However, according to the spoiler report from HiddenRemote.com, it's highly likely that the back-to-back episodes titled "Dorkus/The Final Girl(s)" will reveal the identity of the person behind the red mask.
The media outlet, in fact, dropped in their speculations based on the promo photo released by the network. The image features the girls Number Three (Billie Lourd), #5 (Abigail Breslin), Chanel (Emma Roberts), Zayday (Keke Palmer), and Hester (Lea Michele) looking over a fallen person who appears to be covered in a red outfit. One of the girls is holding a mask. Looking closely at the picture, it appears like the person in question is a man. This observation contradicts the theory that the perpetrator, who makes the lives of the girls miserable, is a woman. However, the site noted that the image shown could just be a misdirection.
Regardless of which, the synopsis posted on The Futon Critic ensures that the finale will finally unmask the Red Devil and reveal its true identity.
In related news, fans of the series have been talking about Roberts crossing over to Ryan Murphy's other hit brainchild, "American Horror Story."
A report from E! News cited the "Scream Queens" and AHS creator saying that Emma will be doing an arc on the Lady Gaga-starred horror anthology.
"She loves the show and wanted to keep being a part of it. She'll probably do two episodes? Not sure," Murphy told E! at the time.
However, the 24-year-old actress made a clarification with Yahoo Celebrity. She told the publication that due to her conflicting schedule, she wasn't able to be a part of this season's show.
"We tried to make it work, but I'm leaving town to go do a movie and they're shooting the last two episodes right now," she said in the same interview with Yahoo Celebrity.
Perhaps fans will get to see Roberts in the next installment of the AHS series. For the meantime, don't miss the two-hour finale of "Scream Queens" Season 1 airing this Tuesday, Dec. 8 at 8 p.m. on Fox.
