Shaunie O'Neal Talks Evelyn Lozada Pregnancy
Shaunie O'Neal, cast member and producer of VH1's reality show "Basketball Wives," is speaking up about the show's popular star Evelyn Lozada's recent pregnancy announcement.
Lozada, the 38-year-old "Basketball Wives" star and entrepreneur, recently revealed that she is pregnant with L.A. Dodgers star Carl Crawford's baby. Although O'Neal has not spoken much about her friend's pregnancy, she is opening up about her excitement for the future child.
"She already knows, I'm going to steal that baby every chance I get," O'Neal told HipHollywood.com recently. "You know, Evelyn is my girl, always will be. I've been excited since she told me, I just have been over here about to explode and couldn't say anything."

While O'Neal has remained tight lipped about Lozada's pregnancy out of respect for her friend's privacy, she spoke about being relieved to be able to discuss it in public.
"I'm so glad it's finally out now and we can discuss it and I can be buying baby stuff and people won't accuse me of being pregnant," O'Neal told HipHollywood.com.
Lozada has also spoken about her excitement for her future child and is not bothered by people who are critical of her having a baby at 38 years old.
"I think that when God blesses you with a child, then that's the right time. And if people want to say I'm old, then hey that's fine," Lozada told omg! Insider. "It doesn't bother me. I think right now is the perfect time for me because um, I'm older and I feel like I can really enjoy this moment."
Although Lozada has said she is happy with Crawford, she revealed that she is not in a rush to get married.
"I definitely would get married again. I still believe in love." Lozada explained. "I'm not one of those people that's like 'we need to get engaged, we need to get married.' No, absolutely not."
The reality television star revealed why she did not want to rush into marriage just yet.
"I feel like that's going to come, just like with the baby, let it come," Lozada says. "I'm not forcing anything, so if it happens, it happens."
