'Sleepy Hollow' Season 3 Episode 12 Spoilers: Atticus Nevins Returns to Town
Fox's hit supernatural drama TV series "Sleepy Hollow" season 3 returns this week with an all-new and exciting episode that is slated to see the arrival of Atticus Nevins who is bringing along with him some problems for Abbie, Jenny, and Crane.
According to the synopsis for the episode called "Sins of the Father," which was posted over at The Futon Critic (TFC), Nevins will finally make his presence known in Sleepy Hollow after disappearing for quite some time. However, his return won't bring good news for everyone as it is said that a vicious monster has been wreaking havoc all over town. This would force Abbie and the FBI to gear up as they prepare to face the hideous entity.
The promo video dropped by the network and posted over at YouTube reveals an unlikely discovery of Nevins. The clip also offers a glimpse of the ghastly creature who can be seen slashing its poor victims.
"People are dying we need him to talk," Abbie tells Crane as they look over Nevin, who is bound to a chair.
"Pandora may have summoned the creature but I can control him," Nevin declares.
In another development, the promos also reveal that the team will call on Sophie Foster and Joe Corbin to pin down the new creature, while Abbie and Jenny Mills deal with some family matters.
As added in the TFC summary, Jenny will finally realize that it's about time to confront their deadbeat dad, Ezra Mills. Thanks to Joe, who has been encouraging Jenny to make the first move, the reunion is finally happening. But will it be a delightful experience for both parties? The spoiler reveals that their meeting will bring some past family trouble to the surface and this might not end well.
Series creator Clifton Campbell previously teased that the second half of the season will offer a real backstory focusing on Ezra. Perhaps it seeks to provide the audience a different perspective on the character.
Find out how these events unfold when "Sleepy Hollow" season 3 episode 12 premieres this Friday, Feb. 26 at 8 p.m. on Fox.
