Snooki, whose real name is Nicole Polizzi, gave birth to her and fiance Jionni LaValle's son in August and despite her substantial weight gain she was back down to 109 lbs by January.

The former "Jersey Shore" star's weigh loss has been attributed to healthy eating and regular workouts, which she is expected to reveal when her interview airs.

On March 24, Snooki and Jionni celebrated baby Lorenzo's baptism with close family and friends. There the reality TV star showed off her weight loss and in a recent interview she revealed some of her weight loss secrets.

"The first 20 [pounds] came [off] from just breastfeeding, so that was awesome! But then I had to wait until I could work out, which was six weeks, and then I just went straight to the gym, Snooki told "Today" show host Matt Lauer.

"I work with a trainer, one of my good friends Anthony, so he basically just kicked my butt into shape and he gave me these express meals which [don't] have a lot of calories," she added.

The "Snooki and JWoww" star is now said to be down to 1300 calories a day, and while she was renowned for her hard partying, she claims having a baby has put her off of alcohol.

"It's hard to drink while taking care of a baby, so I don't drink at all, really and when I do drink, I get drunk off of like three sips, so it's actually good," she said.

"I knew I couldn't party anymore, because now I'm a parent; I have to take care of someone else," she revealed. "So the partying's done, basically … But it was more about getting in shape and being a fit mom."
