The producers Matt and Ross Duffer hasn't announced anything final yet about the season 2 but fans are coming up with their own theories. When they were asked about their thoughts of making future seasons of the mystery series, Ross Duffer said they still don't know, specifically.
"Regardless of how successful the show is or becomes, they'll want it to end when the story feels like it should end. I don't think they want to milk things to the point where it starts to become stale," Matt Duffer said on the other hand.
