'Suits' Season 5 Spoilers: Who Is Returning to the Series?

It was reported that Abigail Spencer will be reprising her role as Scottie in an upcoming episode of "Suits" season 5. Titled "Self Defense," the episode will show the tense dynamics between Scottie and Rachel.

According to the executive producer of the series, Aaron Korsh, Scottie's return will also cause some problems between their significant others. As reported by TV Line, he stated, "Both of their two men are in the crosshairs here. They have an interesting, little interaction where they get to express different points of view on what the consequences of this whole thing might be."

In addition, it was revealed that Scottie will be holding a grudge against Mike. With that, Korsh stated, "But she is a little resentful of [Mike's] secret, so she's not going to have the greatest response to that."

With Mike's involvement with the trial, fans are expecting to see more of Scottie in the upcoming season. However, there has yet to be any confirmation regarding the matter. Nevertheless, fans will be happy to see a former character of the series back on the small screen.

Since Mike, played by Patrick J. Adams, is planning to represent himself in his upcoming trial, fans can expect an interesting storyline ahead. It was reported that Harvey Specter, played by Gabriel Macht, will be against the idea.

According to TV Guide, the synopsis for the upcoming episode reads, "Mike wants to represent himself at trial, but Harvey thinks he should lead the charge; and Louis' efforts to remove Sheila from the picture backfires."

With that, fans can expect some drama between Louis and Shiela as well, alongside Mike's own problems.

"Suits" season 5 is expected to air its upcoming episode titled "Self Defense" on USA Network this Feb. 17.
