Taylor Swift News: Singer 'Back in Studio,' Writing Songs About Harry Styles Split

Taylor Swift has reportedly started writing songs about her recent breakup from Harry Styles following news that the One Direction singer abruptly ended their relationship and left her broken hearted.

Swift, 23, is renowned for her many breakup songs about various Hollywood stars including singer John Mayer and actor Jake Gyllenhaal and although she and Styles, 18, dated for a mere 65 days it appears that he too could become the subject of her next hit song. Swift is currently contemplating whether or not to release any of the songs, according to The Sun UK.

"Taylor writes music in the same way that other women chat to their friends on the phone. It's been how she deals with her emotions for most of her life," a source told The Sun. "Harry and Taylor only dated for a short time but there were very strong feelings, so it's been a tough comedown."

Just days after Styles reportedly broke up with Swift over differences about their future, the pop singer took to social networking site Twitter where she appeared to hint at writing yet another breakup song.

"Back to the studio," Taylor tweeted, adding "Uh oh…" Swift tweeted shortly after the split.

On Sunday it was claimed that the pair was completely smitten and even discussing marriage however Styles reportedly developed cold feet and ended the relationship. Swift wasted no time moping and began penning lyrics about her heartbreak.

"Lyrics have been written, but Taylor hasn't come close to deciding whether she'll ever release them," the source continued. "A song about it will surface at some point but it won't be anything like the way she had a dig at her other ex John Mayer in one of her other tracks."
