Taylor Swift Teen Choice Awards Look Makes Waves

Country music darling Taylor Swift has wowed her fans while on the red carpet of the 2012 Teen Choice Awards Sunday night.

The 22-year-old donned a flowing white dress paired with white heels and minimal jewelry at the awards ceremony at Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, Calif.

In addition to stealing the media's attention on the red carpet, Swift won big at this year's awards ceremony, taking home a total of five Teen Choice Awards including Choice Female Artist, Female Country Artist, Single by a Female Artist for "Eyes Open," Country Song for "Sparks Fly," and choice movie for "Dr. Seuss' The Lorax."

"I feel so honored that I get to have you guys in my life," said Swift during her acceptance speech.

The Grammy Award-winner appeared to have returned to her classic blonde look after debuting make-up ads with darker locks.

Big stars such as Justin Bieber and "Twilight" actors Kristen Stewart also continued their run as teenage fan favorites during the Teen Choice Awards.

Bieber, 18, received loud applause as he performed his hit single "Boyfriend" as well as his most recent single "As Long As You Love Me" with rapper Big Sean. The singer went on to win four awards, including Choice Male Artist and Single by Make Artist for "Boyfriend."

Stewart and her "Twilight" co-stars Rob Pattinson and Taylor Lautner won the night's top honor, the Ultimate Choice Award.

"It's amazing you guys are still around and just as strong and just as loyal," said Lautner over screams from the audience on Sunday.

Other winners of multiple Teen Choice Awards included "Spiderman" actress Emma Stone, singer Selena Gomez, and the band One Direction. Ellen DeGeneres picked up the Choice Award for Comedian, while Zac Efron took home Choice Drama Actor for "The Lucky One."

The Hollywood awards event was televised live on Fox just two days after the midnight massacre at a Colorado movie theater showing "The Dark Knight Rises." Suspected shooter James Holmes killed 12 people while injuring 58. The new Batman movie was not nominated for any Teen Choice Awards this year, and the incident was not mentioned during the awards ceremony.
