'Teen Mom 2' Season 7 News, Spoilers: Kailyn Speaks out About Miscarriage; Jenelle Denies Alleged Suicide Attempt

In Monday's episode of MTV's "Teen Mom 2," Kailyn Lowry shared a very painful secret.

In a shocking moment, Kailyn revealed to her best friend Sterling, who she was visiting in New Mexico, that she had suffered a miscarriage and had to spend several days in the hospital recuperating. According to Kailyn, the miscarriage happened earlier in the season and she had initially opted to not talk about the ordeal for the cameras.

During the visit to her friend, Kailyn finally shared her pain, saying that she and her husband Javi Marroquin had "planned the baby down to a science" and opted to keep the pregnancy a secret so that they could announce it via their Christmas cards.

In a video clip posted by MTV News, Kailyn speaks about her miscarriage and offers advice to others who may have gone through a similar experience.

"Everyone grieves differently; everyone grieves for different periods of time," the "Teen Mom 2" cast member says in the video. "Just take the time to grieve and do what you need to do to make yourself healthy again and be ready to take the next step in moving forward."

Meanwhile, Kailyn's "Teen Mom 2" co-star Jenelle Evans recently spoke up about the rumor that she had attempted to commit suicide.

Speaking from the MTV Movie Awards red carpet on Saturday, April 9, Jenelle told InTouch Weekly, "It's not true."

"I think it's from [ex-fiancé] Nathan [Griffith]," the mom-of-two said, "because our custody battle [for son Kaiser] and the complaints that I have put in are so harsh towards him, that I think he's coming back with anything against me right now."

In the next episode of "Teen Mom 2," Leah will be thinking about getting back together with Jeremy and news from Nathan will ruin Jenelle's birthday trip.

"Teen Mom 2" airs Mondays at 10 p.m. ET on MTV.
