'Teen Mom' Farrah Abraham: 'I Want to Be a Virgin Forever, or a Nun'

Farrah Abraham's latest adult video is now on the market, but the star has said that she always wanted to wait until marriage before having an intimate relationship. Many are wondering whether Abraham is sincere in her revelation and how she will raise daughter Sophia, given her own history.

Abraham first appeared on the MTV series "16 & Pregnant" and shared her teenage pregnancy with the world. Since then, she has starred on "Teen Mom" for four seasons and is currently on VH1's "Couples Therapy." The single mother has also appeared in two intimate videos; she initially denied participating in the first film but then reluctantly admitted to doing so. The second part of the video is released today but Abraham says she never expected things to happen that way.

"People use sex for power and manipulation when sex is supposed to be enjoyable and great," Abraham told Life & Style magazine. "I don't feel that. I want to be a virgin forever – or a nun. It's just how I grew up. I wanted to wait to have sex, but then it ended up happening. I always wanted to wait until marriage to make it special. I like making things special."

Of course, many are doubting whether Abraham's words are sincere or meant to be ironic, given that she herself has used sex to gain attention and work. She regularly appears at clubs and conventions for adult actors and actresses and promotes events at adult clubs and bars. Abraham has also profited from her adult video and is likely to make even more money from the sequel.

Abraham has reportedly had trouble keeping a relationship since the death of her daughter's father, Derek Underwood. She is on the latest season of "Couples Therapy" trying to learn more about herself and make peace with her past. Her parents, both Christians, have stood by their daughter throughout her publicity fiascos and have offered their support and prayers for their daughter.
