In addition, it was stated that the rest of the group will have a surprise guest for Sheldon. It was revealed that the episode will feature Adam West as the special guest. Along with West, it was stated that other guest stars, such as Christine Baranski, John Ross Bowie, Sara Gilbert, and Wil Wheaton, will grace the show.

Meanwhile, fans are still curious to learn more about Bernadette's upcoming pregnancy. The previous episode, which was the Valentines special of the series, revealed that Bernadette is expecting. The episode after that then had Bernadette revealing the news to the rest of the group.
However, it seemed as though the news is a concern for Howard. It was revealed that he will now be working extra hard to earn a living for their family.
The executive producer of the series, Steve Molaro, recently spoke about the new change in the couple's life. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Molaro discussed how the pregnancy will affect the dynamics of the group.
He stated, "Other than her not being able to drink when she's hanging with the girls, I don't think it will change that much. The guys still work together; babies come and don't move a whole lot that first year. I don't think it's going to be a huge upheaval."
