'The Blacklist' Season 3 Episode 10 Spoilers: Red Gets Help To Secure Liz's Safety From Cabal
The Cabal will throw caution out of the window as the group becomes even more desperate to get their hands on Liz (Megan Boone) in the upcoming episode of NBC's hit crime drama TV series, "The Blacklist" Season 3.
According to the spoiler report from TVGuide for the episode titled "The Director: Conclusion," the cartel, led by CIA Director Kotsiopulos (David Strathairn), will be in a rush to make sure that the ex-FBI agent is dead before the sun sets.
The organization sincerely knows that if Liz makes her way to court, it could be their end. Kotsiopulos, in particular, has everything to lose and that's why he seemed to be so agitated with the backward development of their plans.

Cabal has yet to see this thing coming. As teased in the promo video shared over at YouTube, Red (James Spader) is now mobilizing the plan he made along with Aram (Amir Arison) and Samar (Mozhan Marno) in last week's airing of the show. Viewers found out that Red has traded what appears to be a counterfeit machine to his connections in Venezuela in exchange of a favor. It is expected that Episode 10 will unravel exactly what this thing is about.
The heist, in particular, will find Tom (Ryan Eggold), Cooper (Harry Lennix), and Ressler (Diego Klattenhoff), all onboard with Red's plan to save Liz. In the highlight reel, Red specifically mentioned a "specific attack" that the team must keep in mind. Extracting her from the scene is just but half of the plan. Their Venezuelan counterparts, meanwhile, will be there to help cross out Liz's name in the FBI's Most Wanted list.
For Liz, however, things are already getting blurry. She said, in a quite prophetic kind of way, that her enemies are coming to kill her. Fans need to brace themselves for whatever might happen to the fan-favorite character as the scenes that follow showed a gunman shooting at her.
