'The Walking Dead' Season 4 Extended Featurette Gives Viewers Closer Look at New Episodes
An extended featurette for 'The Walking Dead' Season 4 was released by AMC this week.
The new video attempts to answer some of the questions that fans have been wondering about since the end of the last season.
Actors and producers from the show discuss the current status of the group composed of Rick, his son Carl and their companions at the start of the new season. They talk about the prison featured in Season 3 and how it is now a secure place of comfort for them going forward. However, that safety begins to fall apart as the season progresses due to issues from the inside of the jail.

The video features commentary from many of the show's actors including Andrew Lincoln, Melissa McBride, Lauren Cohan and Scott Wilson.
Season 4 premieres on Oct. 13 at 9 p.m., and the Season 3 Netflix premiere should be sometime shortly before that date.
A trailer for the upcoming season of 'The Walking Dead' premiered at this year's Comic Con. It shows most of the cast making their return including Andrew Lincoln as Rick, Danai Gurira as Michonne, and Lauren Cohan as Maggie.
Gurira hinted at the possibility of a zombie baby making an appearance in this new season.
"There's a little hint of that in the premiere," she said in a recent interview. The show's executive producer Gregory Nicotero said the series almost had one appear in the third season when Daryl and Maggie went searching for baby formula at a day-care center.
Robert Kirkman, another executive producer on 'The Walking Dead' also commented on the zombie infant.
"It'll be something different from the baby who was seen in [2004's] 'Dawn of the Dead' remake, which was horrific and done so well," he said. "There's still room for us to do something different and cool."
