'The Young and the Restless' Spoilers: Tension as Lily is in Deep Trouble
"The Young and the Restless" will continue to be beset by tension on Friday amid Cane's (Daniel Goddard) mission to find Lily (Christel Khalil) and a vengeful plot by Dr. Sandy Anderson (Elizabeth Bogush).
In the Dec. 11 episode of "The Young and the Restless," Dr. Anderson will continue to execute her evil plans against Nick (Joshua Morrow) to get back at him over a wrong bet back in their teenage ears. She will use Sage (Kelly Sullivan) in her quest for vengeance, according to Heavy.
In the previous episode, Lily and Cane tried to frame up Joe for extortion, but the plan backfired when the two were stuck together at the Abbott cabin. Cane had put up a show for Joe by confronting Lily about her feelings and relationship with Joe and Devon had leapt to her defense. Lily, on the other hand, failed to convince Joe that she is loyal to him. Joe then decided to take her hostage, the report details.

Meanwhile, Cane will save Lily from Joe, but she will start to wonder if her husband can still forgive her. Viewers have yet to find out if Lily can do something to save her marriage or if she will just have to face the music, Soap Shows reports.
The rising tension will be broken by Dylan's (Steve McAvoy) wedding proposal to Sharon (Sharon Case). Both she and Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind) will be delighted that Dylan has finally popped the question to her.
Dylan's surprise wedding, however, will be interrupted by the arrival of unexpected visitors including Dr. Anderson. Nick will converse with Dr. Anderson about her past and her heartache over the breakup with Sage.
On the other hand, Sage will pose a threat to Chelsea and Adam's marriage. Although Chelsea has feelings for Sage, she still wants to preserve her marriage, the report details.
"The Young and the Restless" airs Monday to Friday at 12:30 p.m. on CBS.
