'The Young And The Restless' Spoilers, Plot Update: Sage And Nick Investigate Dr. Anderson; Adam's Kidnappers Revealed
Soap opera "The Young and the Restless" is going to be packed with drama and action this week as a lot will be going on in the lives of the characters, especially for Sage Newman (Kelly Sullivan). According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, Sage's life may be in danger as she will be entering Fairview and will be under Dr. Anderson's (Elizabeth Bogush) watch.
The spoiler reports tease that it will all start after Sage is confronted by Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) for being obsessed with her baby Sully. After she is kicked out of Sharon's house, she will then catch her hubby Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) together with Dr. Anderson. This will cause her temper to rise and she confronts Nick for being with the doctor. She will then slap him while Dr. Anderson secretly watches them.
Before Sage arrived, Dr. Anderson had been telling Nick that Sage may need a mental time out. And after that slap, Nick will be convinced of taking Sage to Fairview and putting her under the doctor's care. But before fans go mad, there's a possibility that there's a twist to the whole thing. Nick and Sage may have just staged the whole situation to find out more about what the doctor is up to. The two might have planned for Sage to go undercover at the mental hospital to investigate.

But if it is in fact a plot to expose Dr. Anderson, Nick may have just put his wife's life in danger as they don't know what the shady doctor and her minions are capable of doing. Dr. Anderson even made Sharon believe that she got pregnant and had a baby.
Meanwhile, Adam Newman (Justin Hartley) will be returning home safely from his captors. According to a report by Inquisitr, Paul (Doug Davidson), Dylan (Steve Burton) and Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) will be carrying out their plan of rescue for Adam. Since the captors want Natalie (Mara McCaffray) in exchange for Adam, the former will be used as bait.
As detailed in She Knows Soap, the trade will be done during the fashion show. Once Natalie is on stage, Adam's captor will go in through a side door to bring Adam in, with a gun to his back. Natalie and Adam will switch places and Adam will be reunited with Chelsea while Natalie will be dragged by the captor. But the deal will stumble when Natalie subdues her captor using a self-defense move while Dylan grabs him. Natalie will be running but Kevin will notice that her tracker is gone.
