Third Day's Mac Powell to Release First Solo Country Album
An announcement was made on Mac Powell's blog that he will be releasing his first solo album ever. The charismatic and sincere frontman of Third Day grew up on Country music and made the decision to take the leap of faith over a year ago after much encouragement from family, friends and fans.
This news may have fans wondering if the band Third Day is breaking up. The answer is, "NO! Third Day is NOT breaking up! We are actually nearly finished with a brand spankin' new album that we'll be releasing this fall, with a tour to follow in the spring of next year. We're really excited about the material, and appreciate what we have in Third Day more than ever," wrote Powell in his blog entry.
The GRAMMY, AMA and Dove Award winning rock band is also active in contributing to end slavery together with Free2Rock.
