Tony Awards 2014 Recap: See Top Winners and Best Performances Here (PHOTO SLIDESHOW)
The 2014 Tony Awards recognized the best in Broadway at New York City's Radio City Music Hall on Sunday, June 8.
In addition to Broadway stars, the awards show saw an array of visitors from Hollywood as well as some of today's leading musicians. Hugh Jackman served as host of the Tony's while presenters included Orlando Bloom, Anna Gunn, and Clint Eastwood, among many others.
"It's great to be back as your host," Jackman told the crowd before the first Tony Award was announced. "Tonight is a celebration of Broadway."

As the awards show got underway, Audra McDonald earned a record-breaking Tony Award as she won Best Actress for her portrayal of Billie Holiday in "Lady Day at Emerson's Bar & Grille," marking her sixth Tony and making her the biggest Tony Award winner in the history of the awards show. She now tops five-time Tony winners Angela Lansbury and the late Julie Harris.
McDonald cited Billie Holiday in her acceptance speech, saying, "You deserved so much more than you were given on this planet," according to CBS News.
Bryan Cranston, who is widely recognized for his role in the hit television series "Breaking Bad," earned his first ever Tony for his role as President Lyndon B. Johnson in the play "All the Way." Moreover, Jessie Mueller of "Beautiful: The Carole King Musical" picked up Best Leading Actress in a Musical while Best Leading Actor in a Musical went to Neil Patrick Harris.
Furthermore, "A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder" claimed the night's big win for Best Musical while Best Play went to "All the Way." For a full list of winners, visit here. Neil Patrick Harris who has hosted the Tony's in years past was also a highlight of the night after earning his first Tony Award and performing a scene from "Hedwig and the Angry Inch."
The Tony Awards also saw performances by Sting, Idina Menzel, LL Cool J, Alan Cummings, Fantasia, Patti LaBelle, and Gladys Knight, among many others.
