Brandon Lake
Brandon Lake, a former member of Maverick City Music and a worship pastor at Seacoast Church in Charleston, South Carolina, secured the most Dove Award nominations in 2024 at 16, according to Billboard.
Lake was nominated for the Artist of the Year and will compete against Anne Wilson, CeCe Winans, for King & Country and Lauren Daigle.
Lake is also up for four Song of the Year awards for his song "Praise You Anywhere;" the Elevation Worship song "Praise," on which he, Chris Brown and Chandler Moore were featured; "Trust In God," written by Lake, Steven Furtick, Brown and Mitch Wong; and "This Is Our God" by Phil Wickham, Steven Furtick, Lake and Pat Barrett.

Lake also received two nominations in the Worship Recorded Song of the Year category for "Praise You Anywhere" and his contributions to "Praise."
His album Coat of Many Colors is nominated for Pop/Contemporary Album of the Year.
