U.S. News: Facebook Sensation Audrey Nethery Performs on 'Rachael'

On Wednesday, Rachael Ray brought Audrey Nethery on the set of "Rachael" but she didn't just visit the show to be in the audience but she also danced with some Brooklynettes dancers.

According to People, Nethery suffers from a rare disease called Diamond Blackfan Anemia, a condition that could be life-threatening since it affects the patient's ability to circulate oxygen properly.

Audrey first dropped by the Brooklyn Nets' court so she can practice with the dancers. In a clip released by the celebrity chef, Audrey is seen enjoying practice time as she was presented with a Brooklyn Nets practice outfit.

Finally, the Kentucky girl made it to the Ray's show and she was welcomed with cheers and applause from the viewers. While her television appearance was a hit among the audiences and home viewers, she has already been making rounds on the internet as her parents have been uploading videos of her online.

According to Fox News, Audrey's latest video where she is seen singing "I Love You Like a Love Song" by Selena Gomez has gained over 14 million views and has been shared more 270,000 times.

Gomez herself grew fond of the little girl and she even commented on the video saying: "Audrey, you are an amazing performer! Call me if you ever need a duet partner."

Audrey's parents have created a Facebook page to raise awareness for the disorder. They also have a GoFundMe page that aims to raise $50,000 that will be donated to the Diamond Blackfan Foundation.

There is no known cure for the disease but despite her struggles, her dad, Scott, told The Daily Mail in February that Audrey is one who leaves quite an impression on others. "Audrey is a happy, loving, smart, little girl who loves to dance, listen to music, and collect dolls and stuffed animals. She is incredibly strong and leaves an impression on everyone she meets!" Scott said.
