Will Lil Wayne Support $5 Million Super Bowl Bet Placed by Mentor?

Birdman, better known as Lil Wayne's rap mentor, has bet large on the New England Patriots, staking $5 million on their possible win during the February 5th Super Bowl game.

Birdman, also known as Bryan Williams, has bet $5 million that the New England Patriots will win out over the New York Giants. Birdman, who is part of the Big Tymers duo, is a rapper, record producer, and co-founder of Cash Money Records.

On Tuesday the artist offered some advice to other Twitter users. "Appreciate what you have in life," Williams tweeted although he might have less to appreciate if the Giants take the Super Bowl. On Monday, Williams offered some serious support for the New England Patriots.

William's nephew, BenJarvus Jeremy Green-Elli, is number 42 and the running back for the Patriots. He has been nicknamed "The Law Firm" and is predominantly known for having never fumbled the ball.

Given such a record, Williams showed no lack of faith in his nephew's talent, offering a $5 million bet to anyone who was willing to take it.

Birdman is known for placing big bets on football games. Last year he reportedly bet $1 million on the Green Bay Packers. "I got a mill on the floor, who ever wants some, it don't matter who you is, you can get some," Birdman boasted during K104 FM's radio talk show.

Explaining his large wager he said, "If you listen to us, you feel us, you understand? That's like, them zeros, when we go to clubs we don't get ones, we get hundreds. Give me a hundred in hundreds! A mill ticket man, figure it out."

Although he doesn't seem to reveal who takes his extreme bets, when Green Bay won last year Birdman tweeted that he had cashed in on his million. Will he be able to cash in again on a Patriot win?
