On Thursday, fans watched as Max (Kat Dennings) and Caroline (Beth Behrs) had a run-in with the latter's newly engaged ex-boyfriend, Candy Andy (Ryan Hansen). The episode, titled "And the Maybe Baby," showed Caroline offering to make Andy's wedding cake and, atfer seeing her ex being supportive of his fiancee, second-guessing her decision to break up with him.

According to TV Guide, the girls will refuse to sell cupcakes because the artist they will be making the desserts for intends on putting cocktail weenies in them.

Meanwhile, Dennings shared a tidbit from "And the Maybe Baby" with her Twitter fans, saying, "The 'fake stairs' bit in this episode was written in after the writers saw me doing it on set to make them laugh…secret tricks REVEALED [sic]." The 29-year-old actress was referring to a scene where her character, Max, was walking down fake stairs behind a counter, and after receiving a compliment about it, teased, "It's the second best thing I fake."

In an interview last year, the "Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist" actress recently had this to say about her "2 Broke Girls" role: "When we did the pilot I was like, 'Oh this character is such a character, it's nothing like me.' And then, I realized, I am literally her."

But Dennings will soon be taking quite a different role in Dreamworks Animation's "The Croods 2," the sequel to the 2013 3D animated film "The Croods." According to The Hollywood Reporter, Dennings will play the role of a daughter from a rival family. She joins a voice cast that includes Emma Stone, Ryan Reynolds, Leslie Mann, and Nicolas Cage.

"And the Inside-Outside Situation" airs on Dec. 10. at 9:30 p.m. EST on CBS.
