4 Shot in Basement: Victims in 20s Found in Ohio
Four young people in their 20s were found shot to death in an Ohio basement on Thursday.
The two men and two women found were shot in the head, according to reports. All four bodies were found in an Akron town home, according to the Associated Press. Metropolitan Housing Authority executive director Tony O'Leary said police told his office no weapons were found in the home.
Little information was released regarding the four bodies, although police believe that all four people were somewhere in their 20s. The crime occurred about 35 miles outside of Cleveland. The home where the bodies were found was taped off as police investigated the scene, although it is unclear at this point whether or not whether police were searching for suspects.

The housing director told AP that the area did not have a "history of crime."
"It's certainly not what some people see as a typical public housing unit," O'Leary told the news source.
One report suggested that the bodies might have been moved after being shot. "Relatives were told that shell casings were found on two levels of the apartment," Ohio.com reported. While officials did not release the names of the victims, April Durham-Gilbert believed one of the victims to be her son, Ronald Roberts.
"The bodies of the four victims were taken to the Summit County Medical Examiner's Office where autopsies were to be performed and positive IDs established. No suspects had been identified and no motive had been formed," police told Ohio.com.
Gilberts, who told the paper that her son was 24, said her son was not the type of person to get involved in violent activity.
"My son would not do anything for anything like this to happen," she told the publication. "I just feel that it is wrong that they're out there killing each other. And for what? What does it solve? It's not solving anything."
"Now, I have a 24-year-old son that I have to put away. And for what? Can you please tell my why? That's all I want to know. Why?" she questioned.
