Amazon Kindle Fire Giveaway: Free Tablet and $250 Gift Card for 'Likes' on Facebook
Online retailer Amazon is giving away 10 Kindle Fire tablets and $250 Amazon gift cards through a Facebook promotional contest.
Anyone can enter by simply "liking" the Kindle Fire Facebook profile.
"Each lucky winner will get to enjoy the all-new Kindle Fire – a Kindle for movies, apps, games, music, reading and more, plus Amazon's revolutionary, cloud-accelerated web browser," said Amazon on Facebook.

The Kindle Fire is scheduled to release on Nov. 15. The tablet features a 7-inch backlit-color screen, 8GB of storage, and Wi-Fi; it will retail for $199.
Industry experts project that the Kindle Fire will be an optimal medium of content consumption for Amazon's book, music, movie and app market.
Amazon noted that the $250 Amazon gift card that will accompany the Kindle fire prize is "redeemable for millions of items at Amazon.com."
"Every winner will be able to customize their new Kindle Fire with our incredible selection of digital entertainment," Amazon added.
The Kindle Fire is marketed as a low cost alternative to Apple's iPad that similarly has a large market of books, music, movies and apps.
Thus far, the iPad has dominated the tablet market, but Amazon hopes that the lower price of the Kindle Fire will entice consumers.
Amazon is known for keeping the prices of its devices low. The original Kindle e-reader sells for $79 while the Kindle Touch sells for $99.
Most competitor e-readers start at about $149 while most tablets start at $499.
