'American Horror Story: Hotel' Cast, Plot Rumors, Spoilers: Season 1's Nora Montgomery To Appear in Hotel Cortez?
More interesting updates are coming over as FX's hit horror anthology series, "American Horror Story: Hotel" continues to move on its current fifth season. Among the many rumors heard throughout the week, some indicate the appearance of one of the show's Season 1 characters.
In an interview with Screen Crush, actress Lily Rabe hinted the possibility that Nora Montgomery, the character she played, might be in "Hotel."
"Mm. I do know something about that. I mean, I know something about that theory. I can't say anything about it, no. I loved Nora," Rabe was quoted as saying (via SC).
The plot rumor that the current season could be closely tied to "Murder House" surfaced when Lady Gaga, who stars as the Countess, was caught by the press doing a scene at the house used in the original installment.
SC, in their separate report, further cited the official AHS Twitter revealing the crew setting up at the location with 1970s-style cars part out front. The Victorian mansion itself looks a bit more dilapidated and aged.
The Countess herself can be seen in the other set of photos wearing the garb of the era. It can also be noticed that she has a baby bump underneath her green coat.
"It will all make sense in time #AHSHotel," the Twitter post from the show, dated Oct. 15, reads.
More speculations of an interconnected plotline further mention "Hotel's" ties with the third series, "Coven."
As pointed out by Reddit user, Malters_Machuchu, Madison Montgomery, played by Emma Roberts in Season 3, could be related to Dr. Montgomery (Matt Ross). The latter is the husband of Rabe's character who built the infamous murder house.
For the meantime, "American Horror Story: Hotel" will air this week with an episode titled "Room Service." The synopsis shared over at The Futon Critic reads as follow:
"Alex uses an unconventional treatment to save a dying patient. A Halloween-hating couple tests Iris's limits."
