'American Horror Story: Hotel' Episode 7 Spoilers: What is the Invitation Given to the Countess? Hotel Cortez's Secrets Coming to Light
Following the shocking revelations about the Countess in the previous episode of "American Horror Story: Hotel" Season 5, more secrets are expected to be unveiled when the show returns this week.
Taking hints from the promo trailer shared over at Yibada.com for the upcoming episode titled "Flicker," it seems like fans of the series can expect to learn more of the Countess's past. For instance, she can be seen talking to a masked man with her back against the stained glasses of what appears to be a church. The mysterious man seductively asked the lady to join them before planting a kiss on her neck. As to who this person is and for what the invitation is really about, it remains to be seen.
The teaser further showed the Countess catching her presumed to be ex-husband, James Patrick March, killing someone. Instead of being shocked with the latter's disturbing act, the woman instead expresses her desire to see him kill someone. The words apparently make the founder of the horror hotel more excited.

Aside from the Countess, the hotel itself holds some dreaded secrets that are about to come out in the open in the upcoming episode. As shown in the promo video, two men are working to access what seems to be a corridor that has been sealed up "for years." The workers eventually met their demise when a frail yet horrifying-looking man attacks one of them.
In another development, John is becoming more paranoid that he decided to see a shrink.
"There's a killer out there, murdering with impunity," the man said as he recounts his terrifying experience in the infamous hotel.
