'Arena Of Valor' Roster Adds Batman
Batman will soon be joining "Arena of Valor" as the first DC hero to join its roster. The caped crusader is set to make his debut hit MOBA (multiplayer online battle arena) this week and join the game's 36 other playable heroes.
Players can get the dark knight by simply by logging in to the game starting Nov. 10. Aside from being free, he'll also be available permanently giving both old and new players a powerful new hero without the need to spend Gold, Gems or Vouchers.
The character is expected to be a crowd favorite from the start due to his high burst damage as the ability to maneuver in and out of combat with speed and efficiency. He can easily dispose of fragile opponents giving and quickly his team a man advantage allowing them to mop up the rest.
His passive skill, Caped Crusader, gives him a passive 20 percent increase movement speed when he nears an enemy hero allowing him to hunt fleeing enemies with ease. However, this bonus disappears when he leaves with his back turned to the enemy making the skill useless when he gets the short end of the stick.
Forearm Strike delivers two quick attacks to his enemies, one an area-of-effect while the other strikes a random target. The second attack prefers heroes so players need not worry about hitting creeps unless no heroes are there to target.
Batarang hits enemies in a straight line and applies a debuff that slows them as well as suffer physical damage equivalent to 24 percent of the HP they just lost after three seconds. If the enemy is struck again, they will become dizzy and enable Batman to restore some of his HP. This allows him to dispose of fragile heroes in combination with Forearm Strike.
Dark Knight allows Batman allows sneaking up on his enemies or escaping danger by using his affinity to bats and disappearing after 1.5 seconds. The effect lasts 30 seconds giving him ample to set up for a Batarang-Forearm Strike Combo or flee from a gank. For players who are a fan of aggressive fast-paced playstyles, the caped crusader will definitely be a fine addition to the roster.
"Arena of Valor" is available for the iOS, Android, and the Nintendo Switch.
