'Arrow' Season 4 Episode 13 Spoilers: Nyssa Makes Oliver An Offer He Can't Refuse
The CW's hit superhero drama TV series "Arrow" Season 4 returns this week with a brand new, exciting episode that will see Nyssa once again taking a shot against her mortal enemy, Malcolm, and she needs Oliver to make her plan work.
In the previous episode "Unchained," viewers saw Oliver and Team Arrow taking down The Calculator. Meanwhile, the side effect of the Lazarus Pit is now taking hold of Thea's life.
It was discovered later that Nyssa had escaped prison. She set forth to see Oliver and will take the opportunity to once again bring down Malcolm Merlyn. She does so by offering Oliver, who is now quite desperate to alleviate the suffering of his sister, a solution that would end their problem.
Nyssa will give Arrow the lotus that could get rid of Thea's dire situation. In exchange, she wants him to kill Malcolm.
Seeing the difficulty of the situation, it seems like Oliver might accept the offer in order to heal his sister. However, fans may already suspect that things won't turn out the way Nyssa expected them to.
The CW shared the latest teaser promo for the episode and it looks like Oliver and Malcolm will eventually come face to face. There could be reasons to believe that this fight will be staged knowing that Oliver and Malcolm already have a mutual working relationship. Add in the fact that the Arrow is not a cold-hearted killer who would resort to ending someone's life to serve his personal purpose.
Could the fight highlighted in the clip be a staged one? Did Malcolm really intend to die by Arrow's blade for the sake of his daughter?
The synopsis for the episode titled "Sins of the Father" was shared over at The Futon Critic and it reads:
"Oliver (Stephen Amell) receives an offer from Nyssa (guest star Katrina Law) that is hard to refuse. Meanwhile, Thea (Willa Holland) continues to battle the blood lust, Malcolm (John Barrowman) steps in to help his daughter, and Laurel (Katie Cassidy) has a heart to heart talk with Nyssa."
"Arrow" airs Wednesdays, at 8 p.m. on The CW.
