Ashley Judd Wows at 'Divergent' Premiere, Silences Plastic Surgery Rumors

Ashley Judd graced the red carpet at the premiere of "Divergent" in Los Angeles, Calif. on Tuesday revealing a youthful and healthy appearance. Ahead of the event, the actress shared photos with her Twitter followers.

"Driving to @Divergent premiere, at last! I finally get to see the film, & with such a great crowd," Judd posted to Twitter on Tuesday night, along with a darkened photo of a close-up of her face.

The 45-year-old actress portrays Natalie Prior, the mother of Shailene Woodley's character in the post-apocalyptic adventure film, which is based off of Veronica Roth's "Divergent" novels. Judd was joined by several "Divergent" co-stars at L.A.'s Regency Bruin Theatre for the film's premiere on March 18 where she made a statement on the red carpet.

Dissimilar to her character in the film, Judd donned a draped royal blue Elie Saab gown featuring a plunging neckline, earning praise from fans and fashion critics alike. The actress paired the dress with upswept hair, jeweled earrings, and one large ring on each hand, according to the Daily Mail.

Fans of Judd sounded off on Judd's latest look, citing headlines of the past that suggested that the actress underwent plastic surgery.

"She is looking more like her old self now, beautiful woman, just stay away from plastic surgeons," one online reader commented on the Daily Mail.

Another reader wrote, "Ashley is looking beautiful these days, I hope she continues to act… I have loved her movies."

Last year, Judd slammed rumors of plastic surgery after her face appeared to be puffy. She referred to the gossip as "nasty, gendered and misogynistic" and explained that her appearance was due to an illness, dismissing suggestions of Botox. The actress went on to chastise the public for promoting a culture that she finds "outrageous."

"Who makes the fantastic leap from being sick, or gaining some weight over the winter, to a conclusion of plastic surgery," Judd asked in her post to The Daily Beast. "Our culture, that's who."
