Batista Leaving WWE for Good? Wrestler Upset Over Losses and Low Pay

WWE Superstar Batista may soon be leaving the WWE because he is upset over receiving what he perceives is low pay. Reports stated that he wanted to leave before the "Extreme Rules" pay-per-view but executives were able to keep him on board for a bit longer.

Batista is also upset that he was forced to lose to Daniel Bryan at "WWE Payback" and give up the chance to become WWE Champion. He also tapped out at "Wrestlemania XXX" and then was pinned by Roman Reigns at "Extreme Rules." Batista is unhappy that he has been set up to lose so many times in just a short amount of time.

Ever since his return, Batista has been a heel or villain and the WWE Universe has not received him perhaps as well as he would like. Fans tend to chant "Boo-tista" at events and are not happy that he has returned. Batista has recently teamed up with former mates Triple H and Randy Orten to bring back the trio known as Evolution, but even Evolution has had its issues. The team lost to the Shield at "Extreme Rules" and was publicly disavowed by former teammate Ric Flair.

Batista was scheduled to take time off in late June, but he has decided to take his vacation early. It's uncertain whether he'll return or not. He's not the first WWE Superstar to walk away mid-contract. CM Punk decided to take a hike after the WWE Network launched and the Superstars lost their bonuses from the Pay-Per-View events.

WWE executives want him to stay around and perform at "Payback," but it's uncertain whether he will actually do so. He certainly has the funds to walk away if he wants to, and it doesn't seem as if the fans would care very much at this point in time.

Batista is set to begin promoting "Guardians of the Galaxy," his latest film.
